Ready to ReHo™ Returns & Exchanges

At Ready to ReHo™, every item is thoughtfully created to celebrate the beauty and spirit of Coastal Delaware. Because our products are made especially for you after your order is placed, our Returns & Replacements Policy differs from that of traditional retailers.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and design selections before completing their purchase. If you have any questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.

Our Commitment to Quality

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@readytoreho.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and, if applicable, the packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. In many cases, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders can be resolved without requiring the item to be returned.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every Ready to ReHo™ product is custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong color or design

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

Replacement orders cannot be issued for customer ordering errors, including incorrect size, color, or design selections.

Color & Product Variations

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Differences in monitor, tablet, and mobile device settings

  • Individual screen brightness and color calibration

  • The printing process and fabric materials

These minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Because each item is individually produced, slight variations in print placement and color may also occur, making every Ready to ReHo™ product uniquely yours.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
