About Ready to ReHo™

Slow down. Look closer. Fall in love with the Delaware coast.

Ready to ReHo began with a feeling familiar to anyone who’s spent time in Rehoboth Beach and found themselves thinking about it long after they left. Maybe it’s the first walk to the ocean after you arrive, a conversation that turns into dinner, or the way a familiar street looks different in the quiet of the off-season.

We created Ready to ReHo to share more of the coast we’ve come to love. Today, it’s an independent coastal lifestyle and design brand that brings together an editorial magazine, a curated events guide, stories about distinctive homes, and original designs for the places we live.

The Coast, Up Close

Our digital magazine, Coast & Culture, explores design, ecology, and community. A story might begin with a great blue heron in the marsh, a detail in a historic building, or a conversation with someone whose work is part of daily life here. Our Curated Coastal Experiences guide brings that same curiosity to what’s happening now, from local music and art to places worth gathering with friends.

In Featured Homes, we step inside distinctive coastal residences and ask the people who live there what made each place feel like theirs. Our inaugural Mallory Square story began with the homeowners’ own words about the light, the rooms they reimagined, and the friendships they’ll carry into their next chapter.

Original Design, Rooted in Place

Threads of the Delaware Coast is our signature design collection, inspired by the plants, wildlife, and textures of the shoreline. A beach plum branch, a dragonfly, or a wading bird can become the starting point for a wallcovering or textile. Our other collections follow different threads, including family gardens and the vintage details we grew up with. Each begins with something we noticed and wanted to spend more time with.

A Note From Corey

I’m Corey Andrew Powell, a co-founder of Ready to ReHo. My work has taken me through writing, interviewing, performing, and design. Here, those parts of my life come together. I get to ask people about the things they care about, share what I discover along the way, and turn some of those discoveries into designs you can live with.

“ReHo” is an affectionate nickname for Rehoboth Beach. We gave it a meaning of our own. Relax. Escape. Honor. Own. Relax into the pace of the coast. Escape your routine for a little while. Honor the people and places that give it character. And make your own memories here.

Whether you live nearby, return whenever you can, or are planning your first visit, we’re glad you found us.
