Historic Lewes opens the doors to eight private homes for one of the town’s most anticipated holiday traditions.

The 53rd Annual Holiday House Tour offers a rare opportunity to explore a carefully selected collection of Lewes residences ranging from centuries-old properties to contemporary homes and new construction. Each stop tells a different story through its architecture, interiors and holiday decorations—from elegantly restrained displays to colorful collections and coastal interpretations of the season.

Guests can explore the homes at their own pace using a keepsake guidebook containing information about each property. Because the homes are located throughout Lewes, visitors should expect to drive between some tour locations.

Admission also includes entry to the Holiday Village & Market at the Historic Lewes Town Campus, where local artisans, businesses, interpreters, carolers and musicians add another layer of seasonal character to the day.

Proceeds support Historic Lewes’ preservation work, educational programming and community events, making this more than a beautiful house tour—it is also an investment in the stories and architectural heritage that make Lewes distinctive.

Please note that photography is not permitted inside the participating homes. The official tour guidebook serves as the admission ticket and must be presented at each property.

Admission: $50 per adult. Children 12 and younger are admitted free with a paying adult.
